Position Summary
As a Tearista, you’ll be the face of Black Pearl Drinks — crafting drinks with care, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve bubble teas and specialty beverages according to company recipes.
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide excellent service.
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace (work area, guest area, utensils, equipment, etc.).
- Restock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- No prior bubble tea experience required — we provide full training!
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency.
- Must be available for at least 3–4 shifts per week, including weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
