Junior Content Creator
About the Role
The Junior Content Creator supports our production team across photo, video, and digital content. This role is hands-on and growth-oriented, designed for someone early in their creative career who’s eager to learn professional production workflows, storytelling, and on-set execution. You’ll work closely with senior creators, assisting on shoots and helping bring content to life in post-production.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior creators on set with camera operation, lighting, audio, and gear setup/breakdown
- Edit short-form photo and video content for social media and digital platforms
- Organize, label, and manage photo/video assets to support efficient post-production
- Prepare files and deliverables according to internal and client standards
- Shadow senior team members during shoots to learn production workflows and client

- Support pre-production and on-set needs as they arise
- Learn and apply BOC’s storytelling approach across all content
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in content creation, video production, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Familiarity with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Willingness to take direction, learn quickly, and contribute as part of a team
- Interest in brand storytelling and social-first content
