SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting Hospitality Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of Jumping Coyote Espresso Bar. Responsible for preparation and service of all espresso bar food and beverage menu items. Responsible for the daily set-up and break-down of this work area, maintaining it in a neat and sanitary condition. Maintains the highest standards of menu item preparation following standard recipes to assure consistency of all beverages served. |

Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)

Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Must have one year of experience as a Barista; previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certification or have proof of current certification.
- Must possess a cooperative and friendly nature.
- Must have ability to communicate and follow directions effectively.
- Must have ability to learn and operate point-of-sale system.
- Must have money-handling experience.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
- Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
