Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Flooring Installer, located in MI. The Flooring Installer will primarily be responsible for installing and repairing a variety of flooring types. This includes tasks such as preparing surfaces, measuring and cutting materials to fit, and ensuring precise and professional installation. Additional responsibilities include safely handling tools and materials, working collaboratively with team members, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Adherence to safety protocols and quality standards will be essential.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and expertise in Hardwood Flooring and Hardwood installation techniques
- Experience with Carpet removal
- Skills in installing and repairing various types of Flooring, including Ceramic materials
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, precise work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to varying project needs
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in flooring installation or related fields is highly beneficial
