Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled
Duties
- Lead and assist in the erection of metal buildings, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics and blueprints
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to create durable foundations and structures
- Manage and coordinate various aspects of construction management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Execute framing tasks such as metal stud framing, trim carpentry, and dimensional measurements with precision
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient construction site operations
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans for accurate execution of tasks
- Conduct masonry work, roofing, siding installation, plastering, stucco application, and restoration projects as needed
- Utilize hand tools like tape measures for accurate measurements; perform heavy lifting safely during material handling
- Oversee or participate in welding activities and ensure proper installation of reinforcement bars (rebar)
- Assist with remodeling projects by interpreting construction plans and executing tasks aligned with project specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding or related construction fields
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and woodworking techniques
- Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately using tape measures and other measuring devices
- Experience with framing carpentry—including woodwork and metal stud framing—along with trim carpentry skills
- Familiarity with plastering, stucco application, restoration work, and remodeling processes
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations on-site
- Excellent physical condition for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during shifts
- Construction site experience with a focus on safety compliance and quality standards
