Job Overview
We’re looking to bring on a dedicated Operations Manager to help run and grow day-to-day operations at Black Lion. This is a leadership role with a high level of responsibility, focused on organization, problem-solving, and managing multiple moving parts.
While the position involves less physical labor, it requires strong accountability, sound decision-making, and excellent communication skills. You will work directly alongside ownership to help streamline operations and support the continued growth of the business.
Ket Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and manage all active jobs
- Create and manage employee schedules and shifts
- Ensure jobs stay on track and run efficiently
- Communicate with customers and resolve any issues
- Problem-solve in real time as challenges arise
- Conduct walkthroughs and check in on job sites
- Send invoices and manage job completion details
- Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Hire and train new team members
- Step in on jobs when needed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
