Job Overview
Black Line Concrete is seeking an experienced Bilingual Project Manager to lead and manage commercial concrete projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to coordinate field operations, budgets, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concrete construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and general contractors
- Review plans, specifications, and project scope
- Track budgets, costs, and schedules to ensure project profitability
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance on all projects
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal team (English & Spanish)
Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – preferred
- 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Experience in commercial concrete projects
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Compensation
$80,000 – $105,000 per year (based on experience)
