Automotive Tint & PPF Sales Representative
Black Label Garage – San Antonio, TX
Base Salary Commission (Uncapped)
Full-Time | In-Shop Position
Black Label Garage is a high-end automotive tint and paint protection film (PPF) studio specializing in ceramic window tint, PPF, and vehicle enhancement services. We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to consult with customers and close sales in a luxury, service-driven environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and through online inquiries
- Consult customers on window tint and PPF options
- Educate customers on ceramic tint benefits, heat rejection, UV protection, and film percentages
- Build accurate quotes based on vehicle type and service selections
- Close sales and schedule installations
- Follow up on estimates and warm leads
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and professional showroom presence
- Work closely with management and installation staff to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications:
- Sales experience required (automotive or service sales preferred)

- CRM or quoting software experience
