- Manage punch lists and ensure timely completion

- Maintain accurate project updates in JobTread
- Track materials, inventory, and jobsite needs
- Assist with organization of tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Participate in team meetings and planning sessions
- Projects completed on schedule
- Strong quality control with minimal callbacks
- Organized, well-managed jobsites
- Clear and proactive communication
- Efficient coordination of crews and subcontractors
- 3 years construction or carpentry experience
- Strong understanding of jobsite operations
- Ability to read plans and follow specifications
- Comfortable using digital tools for communication and tracking
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in active jobsite conditions
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
