Warehouse Operations & Maintenance Associate
BlackJack Tire Supplies is a family-owned manufacturer of tire repair products based in the Kansas City area. Our products are used by tire shops and distributors around the world.
We're looking for someone with previous construction experience who enjoys working with their hands, using tools, solving problems, and learning new skills. This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities, so no two days are exactly the same.
Job Duties
Product Assembly
- Assemble tire repair products using build sheets and required components.
- Follow instructions and maintain quality standards.
Pick, Pack & Ship
- Pick customer orders using a handheld scanner.
- Verify, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Warehouse Support
- Stock and organize inventory.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Assist coworkers wherever needed.
Maintenance & Projects
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance around the facility.
- Use hand and power tools for repairs and projects.
- Help with plumbing, electrical, painting, shelving, equipment repairs, and general building improvements.
- Troubleshoot basic maintenance issues and learn new skills as needed.
Landscaping
- Help maintain landscaping and outdoor areas during the spring and summer.

- Has previous construction experience
- Is comfortable using hand and power tools
- Has basic repair and maintenance skills
- Is dependable and takes pride in their work
- Enjoys working with their hands and solving problems
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is willing to learn and help wherever needed
- Doesn't mind having a variety of responsibilities
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
We can be flexible with start and end times when possible.
Pay
- $24-$30/hour, based on experience
- Paid weekly
