Duties
- Lead and supervise a team to ensure efficient project completion while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and service
- Train team members on proper application techniques & equipment operation
- Proven management experience in the construction or pavement maintenance industry with a focus on commercial projects
- Supervising experience leading teams in fast-paced environments with multiple ongoing projects
- Strong background in construction site management including scheduling and resource coordination
- Strong meticulous attention to detail to ensure process accuracy
- Ideal candidate will be responsible for setting high standards and monitoring progress to ensure team success
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
