Salary: $54,080 - $60,320
General to Description of Position:
Lead, motivate, and inspire as a Residential Support Supervisor at Black Hills Works! Make an impact as you guide direct support staff in building their skills as they provide exceptional care for our people supported. You will also oversee and delegate tasks relating to environmental maintenance, health & safety standards, and purchasing for the building you manage. Responsible to lead a home according to procedure by providing a homelike atmosphere for those we support.
Experience in management, administration, and leadership are crucial for success in this role. Must be a self-starter with excellent planning, team building, problem solving, and communication skills. Candidates with one-year direct experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities are preferred.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be insurable and have a safe driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must pass a qualifying criminal background check
