Duties
- Operate professional-grade pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently across diverse surfaces such as building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots
- Prepare work sites by setting up hoses, nozzles, and safety barriers to ensure smooth operations
- Inspect work areas to identify specific cleaning needs and determine appropriate pressure levels and cleaning agents
- Remove debris, stains, mold, algae, and other residues using environmentally friendly cleaning solutions when necessary
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or damage during power washing procedures
- Document completed work through detailed reports and communicate any issues or additional needs to supervisors
- Maintain all equipment by performing regular inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance
Experience
- Prior experience with power washing or similar outdoor cleaning services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to operate high-pressure washers, hoses, and related tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy equipment or supplies, and work in outdoor conditions during nighttime hours
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to operating power tools and handling cleaning chemicals
