Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute sales presentations as outlined in Black Hills, INC. sales procedures, building a value greater than the customer’s investment
- Assist customers to achieve healthy, comfortable, safe environments
- Complete proposals and price jobs to our customers within the guidelines set forth by the company standards
- Actively pursue referrals from satisfied customers
- Visit jobs sold to assure quality, answer customer questions, collect and ask for referrals
- Ensure profitability of the department by accurately proposing all jobs, using company-developed pricing, with an emphasis on quality and value
- Communicate with our support staff, in a timely and efficient manner details of jobs, financing, and job scheduling
- Utilize company technology for communication and sales documentation
- Communicate to Installation Technician the job requirements and expectations of the customer through verbal communication, pictures, drawings, and written forms
- Accept On-Call duties in a rotation basis with other HVAC Sales Reps as necessary to serve our clients
- Attend and participate in regular scheduled sales meetings, special sales training and technician technical training meetings on relevant topics
Pay Range:
$60,000 salary during training, 100% commission thereafter. Range $80,000-$250,000
Must have flexibility in work schedule; available evenings, weekends, and when our customers are available
