The Customer Experience Representative is the first point of contact for our valued customers, and you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and making a great first impression! In this role, you’ll assist customers with residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical requests, schedule appointments, and make a high volume of outbound calls to our customer database to schedule their routine inspections! You’ll be working hand in hand with our talented dispatch team to keep everything running smoothly. Empowered, engaging, and essential- this is where you can shine every day.
Full-Time available shifts:
- Tuesday - Saturday (Tues-Fri 9:00am – 6:00pm / Sat 8:00am - 4:30pm)
- Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm.
Starting Pay: $43k - $50k Including Commission
*On Call every 6-8 weeks for one week ($100 for the week)

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Strong Typing Skills
- Reliable Self-starter
- Present and communicate professionally (Verbally and in writing)
- Able to work both independently
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be a critical thinker - Strong English composition skills
- Telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
- Ability to develop tools that create efficiencies within the department
