What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unarmed Security Officer position at Black Hawk International Security LLC.?
We are looking to fill basic unarmed security positions for Carteret County summer season contracts, this is an entry level slot with the potential to move upward depending on personal performance and contract availability.
The duties will consist of access control by granting or denying entry onto client's property; conducting foot and/or vehicular patrols; working closely with the public in a professional manner; completing all reports in a timely manner. Each employee is expected to maintain a professional demeanor, meet company grooming requirements, and comply with all safety rules and regulations at all times.
All Security Personnel must be registered with the North Carolina Private Protective Services Board in accordance with N.C.G.S. 74c. Training and assistance with NC registration is provided along with uniforms and necessary equipment. All payroll is Direct Deposit. Uniforms are of good quality and comfortable. We work closely with each employee for scheduling needs as the contract allows. We provide free training classes to our employees when available (PPSB Unarmed, Armed pistol, shotgun, rifle, CCH, Firearms Training, CPR, etc. See website).
Must be at least 18 years old and have High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Note: If you are NOT currently PPSB registered, you are required to complete 16 hours of Unarmed Guard Training per N.C.G.S.74c. We provide the training free to prospective employees.
Work Locations are Atlantic Beach, Beaufort, and surrounding areas of Carteret County.
