Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with faculty and program coordinators to implement instructional strategies.
- Assist in the delivery of educational materials, including organizing and distributing course materials, setting up equipment, and maintaining a well-structured learning environment.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that respects and values diversity, ensuring equal opportunities for all students.
- Collaborate with other learning assistants, faculty, and program staff to share best practices and collectively enhance the quality of education within the NOYCE program.
- Participate in a pedagogy course. The tuition for the pedagogy course is paid for by the learning assistant program.
Qualifications:
- Must be a current Black Hawk College student.
