What are the responsibilities and job description for the Special Education Teacher BHAEC or Phoenix Program position at Black Hawk Area Special Education District?
The Center is a serving school to the 14 districts in the cooperative. Students are referred to The Center based on an individual district need for a student. At The Center we offer speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, interventions for social and emotional needs, and a low student-to-adult ratio.
The Phoenix Program is a public day treatment program that provides direct services to students with special needs. Here you will work closely with the educational team to develop and implement educational programs for students.
