- Reliable Janitorial Lead with experience managing cleaning crews in commercial or government facilities. Expert in sanitation protocols, inventory management, and QA/QC inspections.

- Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certifications:
- OSHA HazCom / Bloodborne Pathogens Training
- ISSA CMI Certification (Preferred)
- Relevant Skills:
- Technical Skills: Chemical Safety (SDS), Floor Care (Stripping/Waxing), Sanitation Protocols.
- Soft Skills: Team Leadership, Detail Orientation, Problem Solving.
- Tools/Software: Industrial Floor Buffers, Carpet Extractors, Timekeeping Software.
- Professional Experience (Responsibilities):
- Supervise and train custodial staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
