About the Role
Black Fox is seeking an experienced, hands-on Construction Foreman to lead field operations in Weatherford, TX and surrounding areas. In this role, you will supervise daily job site activities, drive production, enforce strict safety standards, and serve as the vital link between field crews and project management.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of hands-on experience operating heavy equipment on active construction sites (Required).
- Bilingual fluency (English / Spanish) to effectively direct crews and communicate with management (Required).
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to various job sites as required by project scope.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of supervising field crews.
- Solid working knowledge of OSHA regulations and job site safety protocols.
- Ability to complete daily digital reporting and documentation (photos, hours, equipment logs).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Key ResponsibilitiesField Supervision & Crew Leadership
- Direct and assign daily tasks to construction crews, ensuring work is done safely, efficiently, and to spec.
- Train, mentor, and monitor crew productivity throughout the workday.
- Enforce company policies and maintain high standards of quality control.
Safety Management
- Lead daily morning toolbox talks with the crew prior to starting work.
- Enforce OSHA compliance and proper PPE usage at all times.
- Proactively identify and correct site hazards; document and report any incidents or near misses immediately.
Reporting & Documentation
- Complete and submit accurate daily reports covering:
- Work progress and completed milestones
- Labor hours and crew attendance
- Equipment usage, material deliveries, and site conditions
- Take and upload high-quality daily site photos (before, during, and after project phases) using company digital systems.
Project & Equipment Coordination
- Collaborate daily with the Project Manager/Superintendent on schedule adherence and material/equipment needs.
- Coordinate on-site activities with subcontractors and third-party vendors.
- Inspect ongoing work, correct deficiencies promptly, and oversee proper care/maintenance of heavy equipment and tools.
Working Conditions
- Full-time field position based out of active construction job sites.
- Work environment involves exposure to outdoor weather and heavy construction operations.
- Early morning start times and occasional extended hours based on project demands.
Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
