This is a full-time, on-site Repair Technician position based in Jackson, TN. The Repair Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance and repairs, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical or technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting preventive maintenance checks, repairing equipment both on-site and in-house, documenting services performed, and effectively communicating with customers to address their needs or concerns.
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance, Appliance Repair, and Troubleshooting
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and effective Communication skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical or mechanical issues efficiently
- Basic computer skills for service documentation and reporting
- Prior experience in material handling equipment repair is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are an advantage
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to service sites as required
