Road Technician Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a mechanic or technician
• Own your own tools
• Valid and clean driver's license
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair processes
• Understand how to read and use manuals, schematics, and documents
• Use tools safely
• Be physically fit for heavy work
• Local travel for field service (road) technicians (company vehicle and fuel provided)
• Communicate well with customers, parts department, managers, and coworkers
