Fire Alarm Systems Sales ExecutiveBlack Eagle Fire & SecurityBlack Eagle Fire & Security is seeking a driven and experienced Fire Alarm Systems Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a results-focused sales professional who thrives on developing new business, strengthening partner relationships, and expanding market presence within the fire and life safety industry.Role OverviewAs a Fire Alarm Systems Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new revenue and increasing market share for fire alarm systems across your assigned territory. You will work closely with contractors, distributors, integrators, and end users to promote solutions, provide technical guidance, and support project development from concept through close. This position requires strong industry knowledge, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to collaborate internally to meet customer and market needs.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and Win New Business: Proactively pursue new sales opportunities using a hunter-focused approach to grow market penetration and revenue.Drive Customer Acquisition: Present compelling fire and life safety solutions that differentiate Black Eagle Fire & Security and convert prospects into long-term clients.Build a Strong Sales Pipeline: Maintain consistent prospecting activity to ensure a healthy flow of new opportunities.Prepare Accurate Project Estimates: Develop reliable cost estimates for fire alarm installations, including both retrofit and new construction projects.Manage and Grow Your Territory: Strategically plan sales activities to maximize coverage, prioritize opportunities, and achieve sales goals.Expand Client Relationships: Secure new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat and referral business.Partner Engagement: Work closely with channel partners by providing product knowledge, sales support, and strategic guidance.Market & Compliance Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliant and competitive offerings.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in fire alarm systems installation and/or fire & life safety sales.Proven success selling value-based fire and life safety solutions.Demonstrated ability to build revenue and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers.Strong understanding of commercial sales strategies and go-to-market execution.High School diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).Valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.What We OfferBlack Eagle Fire & Security is committed to supporting our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceCompany-paid Life and Long-Term Disability insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) with company contributionFlexible Spending Accounts (Medical & Dependent Care)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid holidays401(k) retirement planOngoing training and professional developmentAdditional InformationThis position may require completion of a background check, driving record review, and pre-employment drug screening following acceptance of an offer.Black Eagle Fire & Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
