Job Description SALARY RANGE $171,000 - $228,000/year DUTIES As a successful candidate for the Software Engineer III (SE3) role, you will support a fast-moving software engineering team delivering multiple UI applications within a microservice ecosystem, collaborate in a highly dynamic and team-oriented environment that encourages ownership of system design, work closely with mission stakeholders and customers to deliver impactful UI-focused solutions, and leverage your experience to drive development, problem-solving, and continuous improvement across the full software lifecycle. Required Skills SKILLS * Develop and maintain Java microservice web applications
- Work closely with the tech lead on technical decisions and product roadmap
- Resolve challenging software engineering design problems
- Interact with the customer to resolve issues and propose new features
- Support testing and deployment of production applications QUALIFICATIONS Twelve (12) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. A bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. * Experience with design, debugging, and problem-solving with Java
