Lead Follow-Up Caller (Part-Time) – Black Dog Realty
Bel Air, MD | In-office or remote | $15/hour appointment bonuses ($20–$25/hour possible)
Black Dog Realty, a real estate brokerage in Bel Air, is looking for a friendly, dependable person to call people who have already reached out to us about buying or selling a home. These are warm leads, not cold calls. Your job is to reconnect with them, find out what they need, and book appointments with our agents.
What you'll do
- Call and follow up with leads from our database
- Ask simple questions about their timeline and goals for buying or selling
- Schedule appointments and consultations for our agents
- Keep notes on each call in our system
Schedule and pay
- About 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling during daytime and early evening hours
- Work from our Bel Air office or from home
- $15 per hour base pay plus a bonus for each appointment you set
- With appointment bonuses, total earnings of $20–$25 per hour are possible
What we're looking for
- A clear, confident, and friendly phone voice
- Reliability and good follow-through
- Basic computer skills and comfort taking notes
- A quiet place to work and a reliable phone and internet connection if working from home
- Customer service, sales, call center, or real estate experience preferred, but not required
