Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

The Inside Sales Coordinator will be a key support player for the outside sales team, responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the sales process. You will work closely with sales representatives, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth, efficient operations. From handling customer inquiries to preparing contracts and processing credit cards, your role will be critical in ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the outside sales team in managing customer inquiries, generating leads, and qualifying prospects.
• Sourcing equipment: Utilize InTempo and communicate with shop supervisors and other branches to find equipment for customers. Work with dispatch to move equipment, if necessary, for final delivery to customer.
• Contract Processing: Manage the contract process from quotation to final rental agreement, ensuring all details are correct and communicated to the operations team.
• Customer Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and salesman, assisting with rental requests, equipment availability, and resolving any issues or concerns.
• CRM Management: Utilize InTempo Software and the Rental Board to track customer data, trucking, and order status. Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, equipment availability, and rental history.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the shop supervisors and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup of rental equipment. Work with salesman to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Customer Relationship Management: Help maintain ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term business partnerships.
