Role Description This full-time Technician role is an on-site position based in Conroe, TX. The Technician will support the preparation, maintenance, and inspection of oilfield rental tools and equipment, including drill pipe, tubulars, and related handling tools. Daily responsibilities include performing routine mechanical checks, cleaning and servicing equipment, assisting with threading, hard banding, and grinding operations, and helping ensure quality standards are met before tools are dispatched to clients. The role also involves organizing inventory, loading and unloading equipment, and accurately documenting work performed in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines. The Technician will collaborate with shop, field, and sales teams to meet customer requirements, support timely deliveries, and maintain a safe, orderly work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience working with tools, machinery, or industrial equipment.
