What You’ll Do
- Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Associates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
- Develop and implement effective data and metric driven recruitment strategies to attract top talent to BDN
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
- Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Attend local university networking and industry events to build a strong relationships with potential candidates while promoting the BDN brand
- Accountable for weekly metrics such as phone dials, interviews, offers and acceptances
- Ad Hoc projects assigned by Director of Human Resources

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Prior experience managing a team of recruiters or talent acquisition professionals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools (experience with Recruitee preferred)
- LinkedIn Recruiter boolean search experience
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships with potential candidates
