Job Title: Reliability Engineer
Location: Milpitas, CA
Duration: 6 months - Temp to Perm.
We’re looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer with 5 to10 years of experience to support product-level reliability modeling using ReliaSoft BlockSim and ReliaSoft Weibull .
They are looking for someone who can come in and work independently on large, complex models involving hardware, mechanical and software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
•Build and analyze reliability block models with BlockSim.
•Perform life data analysis using Weibull .
•Run probability simulations and validate results.
•Ensure model accuracy and meaningful outputs.
•Understand system-level interactions (hardware/software) and assess data quality.
Experience:
•Hands-on experience with ReliaSoft BlockSim and ReliaSoft Weibull .
•Strong background in reliability engineering and modeling.
•Ability to interpret simulation data and failure modes.
•Knowledge of mechanical systems, physics-of-failure, or system engineering.
