Loan Officer to represent Black Diamond Mortgage in all communities within Montana, but remotely to the area where the Corporation resides in Flathead County.Regular support and meetings available with the corporate office via video meetings. Black Diamond Mortgage has been in existence since 2009 and is a true wholesale mortgage brokerage.Loan officers will develop a prospective client database and work toward originating 3-10 loans per month. Well qualified originators will take approximately 3 applications to every 1 funded loan. Income per loan canaverage $5k per loan and reach upwards of $10K. More details upon inquiry.
