Loan Officer to represent Black Diamond Mortgage in communities within Montana, but physically in a location other than the area where the corporation resides in Flathead County. (Loans may be originated for any community in MT)Regular support and meetings available with the corporate office via video meetings.Black Diamond Mortgage has been in existence since 2009 and is a true wholesale mortgage brokerage. Loan officers will develop a prospective client database and work toward originating 3-10 loans per month. Well qualified originators will take approximately 3 applications to every 1 funded loan. Income per loan can average $5k per loan and reach upwards of $10K. More details upon inquiry.
