(Loans may be originated for any community in MT)Regular support and meetings available with the corporate office via video meetings.Black Diamond Mortgage has been in existence since 2009 and is a true wholesale mortgage brokerage. Loan officers will develop a prospective client database and work toward originating 3-10 loans per month. Well qualified originators will take approximately 3 applications to every 1 funded loan. Income per loan can average $5k per loan and reach upwards of $10K. More details upon inquiry.
