Monday–Thursday, 10-hour days
Enjoy long weekends every week — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off
ABOUT THE ROLE
Black Diamond Landscaping is growing and we're looking for two motivated, dependable crew members to join our team in the DFW area. If you have at least a year of commercial landscaping experience and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you. You'll be part of a team that holds itself to a high standard and delivers quality results for our clients every day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Work alongside crew leads to complete jobs efficiently and to standard
- Maintain a clean, safe job site throughout the day
- Represent Black Diamond Landscaping professionally with clients
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year of commercial landscaping experience
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Must be able to communicate in Spanish
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be punctual and dependable — our clients count on us
