Black Diamond Coatings, an innovative home and building products manufacturer, is growing. The Assistant to the HR Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting our Human Resources function. This individual will focus on talent acquisition and onboarding while assisting with daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong organizational and communication skills.
This role requires the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion, balance multiple priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively. The assistant will help ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new hires while supporting the efficiency of HR processes.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR files, records, and applicant tracking data.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, employee recordkeeping, and HR compliance tasks as needed.
- Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Operations Manager.
- Represent the Company professionally and ensure positive communication with applicants and employees.

Qualifications
