Onsite: Black Desert Resort/ Red Mountain Resort
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time
Pay Rate: $15- 16/hr. plus monthly incentives. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort events, promotions, and policies.

- Previous experience in customer service or reservations is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn reservation management software.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
