- Supervise daily operations at the front desk, ensuring efficient check-in, check-out, and guest service processes.
- Train, coach, and mentor front desk agents to uphold Black Desert Resort service standards.
- Act as the first point of escalation for guest issues, handling concerns with professionalism and care.
- Ensure accurate handling of reservations, room assignments, billing, and cashiering functions.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate goals, occupancy, special events, and VIP arrivals.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Monitor guest service scores and assist in implementing improvements.
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily shift coverage.
- Audit front desk procedures for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Support the Front Office Manager with administrative tasks including training documentation and reporting.
- Serve as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2–3 years of experience in front desk or guest services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and front office operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead a team while maintaining a hands-on, service-oriented approach.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous luxury resort or hospitality experience strongly preferred.
