Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and repair of exterior elements such as siding, roofing, stucco, and trim carpentry to ensure long-lasting durability and aesthetic appeal
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks including framing, caulking, masonry, and concrete finishing
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications
• Conduct construction site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Collaborate with project managers on construction estimating, scheduling, and material fabrication needs
• Install fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, glass panels, and other exterior components with precision
• Support restoration projects involving masonry, plastering, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and heavy equipment operation as needed

Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for accurate project execution
• Experience with construction management principles and estimating processes
• Knowledge of construction inspection procedures to uphold safety standards and quality control
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, roofing techniques, masonry work, and concrete forming
• Skilled in the use of power tools (e.g., saws, drills) and hand tools for various renovation tasks
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely on construction sites
• Familiarity with fabrication techniques for custom exterior components
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations related to exterior renovations
