Duties
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and portion sizes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including all cooking equipment and utensils.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- Support menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and dish ideas.
- Participate in catering events, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown as needed.
- Utilize knives and other kitchen tools safely and effectively for food preparation tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help train new staff members in food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Skills
