Black Canyon Performance is a high-end European repair and performance shop specializing in Audi, Porsche, VW, BMW, Mercedes, MINI, and Land Rover. We deliver dealership-level expertise with a friendlier, more transparent customer experience.
We’re hiring a Service Advisor who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable running the front office with autonomy.

Workflow & Repair Order Management
- Write and manage ROs in Tekmetric (experience is a strong plus).
- Coordinate with technicians to clarify concerns, diagnostics, and parts needs.
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, messages, and follow-ups.
- Keep daily operations smooth from drop-off to pickup.
Parts Coordination
- Order parts accurately based on technician notes.
- Track ETAs and communicate changes as needed.

- Maintain a super clean, organized, efficient office environment.
- Operate confidently without a daily on-site manager overseeing operations.
