Landscape Installation Crew Leader and Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of landscapers in various landscaping projects. Your expertise in landscape installation will be essential in ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of landscaping crew members in daily operations.
• Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and used safely by crew members.
• Develop and implement landscape designs that meet client specifications.
• Train new employees on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
• Monitor the progress of projects and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain communication with clients to address any concerns or adjustments needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping installation with 1 year experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices, tree care, and landscape maintenance techniques.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A passion for gardening and maintaining beautiful landscapes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.14 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
