Responsibilities
- Operate laundry equipment efficiently to wash, dry, press and fold linens according to established standards
- Sort and categorize linens for different cleaning processes, and event preparation
- Ensure all linens are cleaned, pressed, and stored properly
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly
- Assist with inventory management to track linen supplies and notify management of shortages
- Follow safety procedures related to laundry chemicals and equipment operation
- Support other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Prior experience in laundry services is preferred
- Knowledge of laundry techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
- Reliable work ethic with a focus on teamwork and customer service excellence
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
