Retail & Spa Supervisor

Position Summary

The Retail & Spa Assistant Manager supports daily spa and retail operations while helping lead and develop a high-performing, guest-focused team. This role blends leadership, sales, and hospitality in a beautiful resort setting and plays a key role in delivering the elevated experience Black Butte Ranch is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed retail and spa sales goals

• Book spa appointments and check guests in and out

• Assist with ordering, receiving, and displaying merchandise

• Process sales, returns, and daily cash reconciliation

• Maintain knowledge of all spa treatments and retail offerings

• Train, coach, and support team members

• Assist with hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding

• Resolve guest and inventory issues with professionalism

• Work closely with other Ranch departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
