Position Summary
The Retail & Spa Assistant Manager supports daily spa and retail operations while helping lead and develop a high-performing, guest-focused team. This role blends leadership, sales, and hospitality in a beautiful resort setting and plays a key role in delivering the elevated experience Black Butte Ranch is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed retail and spa sales goals
Book spa appointments and check guests in and out
Assist with ordering, receiving, and displaying merchandise
Process sales, returns, and daily cash reconciliation
Maintain knowledge of all spa treatments and retail offerings
Train, coach, and support team members
Assist with hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding
Resolve guest and inventory issues with professionalism
Work closely with other Ranch departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
