Barista

Black Brew Bros is a fast-growing specialty coffee and tea company serving Central Florida’s farmers markets, festivals, and community events. We are looking for energetic, outgoing sales-focused individuals who enjoy talking with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and helping grow a local brand.

Responsibilities

● Set up and break down market booths at farmers markets, festivals, and special events.

● Prepare and serve handcrafted coffee and tea beverages.

● Actively engage customers and invite them into the booth.

● Recommend beverages, coffee, tea, and retail products to increase sales.

● Educate customers about our products, company values, and brand story.

● Process cash and card transactions accurately.

● Keep the booth clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout events.

● Work with teammates to create a fun, high-energy environment.

● Help promote the Black Brew Bros brand and build relationships within the community.

Work Environment

● Work at various farmers markets, including Lake Eola, Winter Garden, and Celebration, as well as pop-up events and festivals throughout Central Florida.

● Work outdoors in Florida heat and changing weather conditions.

● Stand for extended periods and assist with lifting and moving market equipment.

● Always work alongside a team member—never alone.

Requirements

● Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

● Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.

● Sales-minded with the ability to recommend products confidently.

● Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Dress Code

● Plain all-black or all-white t-shirt with no logos.

● Closed-toe shoes required.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
