The Job
As a Content Strategist Intern, you will play a key role in rebuilding and spearheading BBX’s entire digital presence, including social media platforms, long-form content, and marketing materials. You’ll assist in developing a content strategy that aligns with BBX’s mission, recruiting needs, and professional branding standards.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Helping build a refreshed and cohesive content strategy
- Rebooting and managing BBX social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Creating and scheduling posts across multiple platforms
- Writing blog posts, articles, short-form marketing content, and recruitment messaging
- Assisting with basic video ideas, graphics, and visual storytelling
- Developing content calendars and campaign concepts
- Identifying new ways to expand BBX’s digital reach
- Ensuring consistent brand voice, professionalism, and discretion
This is an excellent role for individuals who are self-driven, creative, organized, and want meaningful portfolio-building experience.
Our Requirements
- Strong writing and storytelling ability
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and similar channels
- Ability to brainstorm creative concepts and pitch ideas
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
- Positive communication style and professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn BBX’s brand, culture, and high-discretion communication standards
Preferred Qualifications
(Not required, but highly beneficial)
- Experience creating content such as blog posts, social media posts, video scripts, or short-form clips
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other design/editing tools
- Understanding of marketing, branding, or recruitment communications
- Photography or videography experience
- Experience managing or growing personal/business social media accounts

Schedule
