The Quality Analyst plays a critical onsite role ensuring Black Box projects meet or exceed industry codes, client expectations, and internal Quality Management System (QMS) standards. This position serves as the site-level quality point of contact, partnering with field teams, leadership, clients, and subcontractors to embed quality into daily execution from project start through closeout.

What You’ll Do
Safety, Values & Culture
Make safety the top priority by following all Safe Work Practices, company Safety Programs, and client site policies to ensure accident-free operations every day.
Promote and model Black Box Core Values to strengthen company culture and project execution standards.
Quality Leadership & Program Execution
Serve as the site-specific Black Box quality “point person,” overseeing execution of quality program elements throughout the full project lifecycle.
Develop, implement, deploy, and train the Black Box Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with corporate program structures and site requirements.
Develop and execute a QA tactical implementation plan that promotes quality awareness and drives consistent behaviors across the site.
Confirm all quality-related activities comply with industry codes, client requirements, and general contractor standards.
Inspections, Audits & Risk Management
Monitor and inspect operations impacting quality to verify compliance with customer, industry, and internal standards.
Coordinate and perform timely quality inspections based on production status and risk assessment aligned to the project schedule.
Issue, document, track, and collaborate with project teams to close nonconformance reports (NCRs); analyze trends to identify recurring issues.
Conduct corrective action verification audits for nonconforming work.
Training, Coaching & Collaboration
Train and coach QA Specialists and internal project staff on effective quality integration within daily workflows.
Facilitate quality-focused communication with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and external partners to proactively prevent issues.
Collaborate with Black Box program leaders and client/GC representatives to integrate applicable quality requirements into both Black Box QMS and customer quality programs.
Documentation, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Partner with subject matter experts to develop technical installation standards, procedures, and quality documentation.
Develop, maintain, and deploy quality tools that reinforce a strong quality culture across the jobsite.
Generate and analyze quality data and metrics to measure performance, assess risk, and support informed decision-making.
Ensure quality standards, processes, and updates are clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
(Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
Certifications (Preferred)
OSHA 30-Hour Certification
(Must be obtained within six (6) months of hire if not already certified)
ASQ certifications: CQT, CQM, and/or CQE
BICSI certifications such as IN225, IN250, TE350, DCDC, and/or RCDD
