Position Summary
The Marketing Analyst will help Black Box improve the effectiveness of marketing programs across the GSI business and all regional markets. This role connects ABM, digital marketing, and event performance with account engagement, pipeline, and opportunities, giving marketing teams clear insights to guide decisions and investment. The analyst will create and maintain a consistent approach to marketing ROI tracking and apply AI tools (i.e. ChatGPT, Claude, and other tools) to improve marketing workflows and build a shared marketing knowledge base.
What You Will Do
Architect a unified data model connecting marketing activity from lead/contact to account to opportunity to create a repeatable blueprint for analysis.
Create and maintain ABM ROI dashboards that show account engagement, campaign effectiveness, and marketing influence on pipeline and opportunities across regions.
Analyze digital marketing performance. Connect data from Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and events using SQL, Python, and APIs. Compare results across campaigns, channels, and markets to identify areas to improve.
Connect marketing activity with account and opportunity records to report on engagement, conversions, pipeline progression, and influenced opportunities.
Improve reporting accuracy by checking data quality, resolving inconsistencies, and maintaining clear reporting definitions with marketing and sales teams.
Automate recurring data preparation, reporting, validation, and account monitoring process.
Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to support analysis, research, reporting, and routine marketing tasks. Build and maintain a shared knowledge base of marketing information, reusable prompts, and proven workflows.
Produce regular performance summaries and recommendations for marketing action.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical skills in dashboard design and development.
Ability for workflow automation and AI tools, simplifying recurring reporting and marketing tasks while maintaining a useful marketing knowledge base.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn, and social media reporting.
Practical knowledge and technical confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, including writing effective prompts, organizing information, and checking outputs.
Key Skills
Data preparation and validation, keeping marketing information clean, consistent, and accurate across systems.
Dashboard development, marketing attribution, and trend analysis, translating campaign and pipeline data into clear performance insights across audiences and markets.
Workflow automation and AI tools, simplifying recurring reporting and marketing tasks while maintaining a useful marketing knowledge base.
