Requirements:
- Support Project Managers through review of plans, specifications, RFPs, contracts, and change events.
- Lead field validation of telecom design; identify conflicts and coordinate resolution.
- Maintain redlines, submittal packages, test reports, RFIs, and closeout documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety programs, QA/QC standards, and customer expectations.
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams on build progress.
- Track project performance through reporting, dashboards, and documentation.
- Strong ability to communicate, organize, problem solve, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and similar platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Construction Management, Engineering or other related discipline. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry in a similar role. Experience with large structured cabling projects and/or data center construction projects highly preferred.
Preferred professional certifications:
- OSHA-30 (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- BICSI TECH
