Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual for an administrative position at Black Belt America. The ideal candidate will assist with office tasks and various support duties to ensure smooth operations.
Duties Include:
- Prepare and print documents related to daily operations.
- Assemble materials for special events, including training and informational packets.
- Assist with various computer-related tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Attend all-staff meetings to coordinate and provide updates on organizational matters.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer programs and general office tasks.
- Reliable and responsible in tracking and ordering supplies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
- Previous administrative or office experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours:
- Approximately 35 hours per week.
- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm (some flexibility in those times can be discussed).
