Office Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Scanning and filing of important documents and records.
- Manage emails and incoming mail.
- Clerical and administrative support
- Provides office communications support by fielding calls.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; computer literacy
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and effective organization skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
