BLACKBEAR CDJR is looking for a detail-oriented person to maintain our professional environment. Our showroom is the face of our business, and we need someone who takes pride in keeping it pristine for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Showroom Excellence: Maintain high-shine showroom floors and customer-facing areas.
- Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces.
- Routine Maintenance: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and window cleaning.
- Waste Management: Empty trash bins and replace liners promptly.
- Stocking: Monitor and replenish supplies in restrooms and customer lounges.
Qualifications:
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong, ethical work ethic.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot and clean areas that others might miss.
- Independence: Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Experience: Prior commercial or dealership cleaning experience is a plus, but we provide paid training.
